Dr. Priyanka Rana Patgiri who currently works as Assistant Professor in the Regional Geriatric Centre of J.J. Hospital was an alumni of MGM Medical College of Mumbai and the first MD Geriatrics to pass out in Maharashtra. Thus making her one of the first few MD Geriatrics in India. Since then she has been working in popularising Geriatrics in India. She is also started several specialty clinics for Nutrition, Memory and Fall Assessment. She is currently part of various research project of nutrition and dementia in elderly. Her field of interest is Cognitive Impairment or Dementia in elderly.
